About Your PTA

Who We Are

The Winnona Park PTA includes families and teachers affiliated with Winnona Park Elementary School, working together to build community through school events and to contribute to the school. We elect an Executive Board made up of WPES parents, along with Principal Greg Wiseman. The Executive Board meets once a month to discuss upcoming events, goals, needs, and concerns raised in the WP community.

If you’d like to attend a PTA Board meeting to bring up an idea or a fundraising opportunity, please contact the PTA Board.

What We Do

The PTA’s primary function is to organize events and activities to enrich our school community, and to organize fundraising opportunities to keep our coffers rich in funds. These funds support classroom instruction, the school environments, Expeditionary Learning, and the culture of our school. Read the PTA FAQs.
